Joining technology
Welding
For the fusion of sheet metal components, we practice the common welding methods such as MIG, MAG as well as TIG and spot welding for an optimal connection of the material. A laser welding cell with robot stands for highest precision and repeatability. Spot welding is done with high performance by means of robot and rotary table, ensuring high accuracy.
Riveting and press fitting
For further assembly of sheet metal parts by means of press-fit elements and all imaginable standard parts required by the customer.
Clinching (toxins)
Clinching is used to join materials cleanly and economically, and is also an environmentally friendly joining process. In the clinching process, sheets of different material thicknesses or even different material properties can be joined together in a cold forming process. The implementation is carried out with equipment from the company Tox-Pressotechnik.
