Measuring and Testing Laboratory
Quality Management at Alzner Automotive
Our quality standards are based on the zero-defect philosophy. We are certified according to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 – for the manufacturing and distribution of stamped parts, bent parts, assemblies, and tooling.
At Alzner Automotive, top product quality is no coincidence but the result of a well-designed, certified quality management system. Continuous process optimization, complete documentation, and state-of-the-art measuring technology ensure the quality of our stamped parts, bent parts, and assemblies – from prototype to series production.
Our equipment includes 3D measuring technology for components up to 2 × 4 meters, a tensile/compression testing machine, and a digital microscope. For our numerous welded components, we operate an in-house testing laboratory for weld seam analysis – including certified employee training for microsection and weld evaluation.

Mess- und Prüflabor

Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung, lückenlose Dokumentation und modernste Messtechnik sichern die Qualität unserer Stanzteile, Biegeteile und Baugruppen – vom Prototyp bis zur Serie.
Unsere Ausstattung umfasst 3D-Messtechnik für Bauteile bis 2 × 4 Meter, eine Zug-/Druckprüfmaschine sowie ein digitales Mikroskop. Für unsere zahlreichen Schweißteile betreiben wir ein eigenes Prüflabor zur Analyse von Schweißnähten – inklusive zertifizierter Mitarbeiterschulung für Schliffbilder und Nahtbewertung.
