Chemical Cleaning

Laminating
Driven by the requirements of electromobility and battery production, we have built extensive expertise in automated laminating and heat sealing of sheet metal. Our processes enable series production at the highest quality standards—from forming the final geometry to laminating and DMC marking, all the way to technical testing using high-voltage inspection to ensure thermal conductivity properties.
Heat Sealing
Since 2010, automated sealing processes for pouch cells in the production of lithium-ion batteries have been among our core competencies. In collaboration with leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs), we have not only co-developed the manufacturing processes but have also contributed our engineering and production expertise to the design of customized special-purpose equipment—enabling efficient, highly automated production processes.
Microsection Preparation
Rising requirements for material testing and quality verification have led us to develop extensive expertise in automated microsection preparation. Our processes deliver reproducible results at the highest standards—from precise sample extraction to embedding, grinding, and polishing, followed by etching and digital image analysis. This ensures that even complex microstructures are reliably revealed and documented in compliance with applicable standards.
